We process only the data needed to run the website and respond to enquiries.

• Contact-form data: name, email, message and, if provided, phone number
• Technical request data: selected language and minimal technical information needed for operation and security (for example send time and anti-abuse protections)
• Technical browsing data generated by hosting to deliver and protect the site
• If you accepted site measurement: aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, language, basic device/browser technical information)

We do not collect marketing, profiling or newsletter data. No advertising analytics tools run on the site. Google Analytics 4 starts only after explicit measurement consent.

For Google Analytics 4 the legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may refuse or withdraw at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

Name, email and message are required so we can reply. Phone is optional. Without the required fields, we cannot handle the enquiry.

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Resend — sending emails generated by the contact form to info@masoplanat.it
• Google — Google Analytics 4, only after your measurement consent (policies.google.com/privacy)

These providers act under their own terms and data-processing addenda. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers

Vercel, Resend and, if you accepted measurement, Google state in their public documentation that processing may involve the United States. In those cases, transfers are governed by the safeguards in their Data Processing Addenda, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Contractual setup with each provider should be confirmed in the final legal review.

Contact-form data are kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry. If a contractual relationship or a legal obligation follows, data may be kept for the additional periods required by applicable law or administrative duties.

Technical hosting logs follow the provider’s retention practices, limited to operation and security of the service.
