Arrival
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Before you arrive you receive directions: the turning onto the road is easy to miss and the road is steep. Parking is in front of the house. On arrival Italian law requires an identity document to be checked for every guest. Then the apartment is yours.
03Independence
No programme
There is no programme. Nobody asks what you will do today. The apartments are independent; the shared spaces are the garden, the play area and the parking.

Every apartment has its own private sauna.

Barbecue evenings in the garden and other services are on request and charged separately.

Before you book
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 4 pm to 11 pm and check-out is by 10 am. Before you arrive you receive directions to the house; on arrival Italian law requires an identity document to be checked for every guest.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is included and sits right at Planat, in the designated area. In winter we recommend winter tyres or snow chains.
Is the sauna private?
Yes. Each of the five apartments has its own private sauna. In the Boschel and Montaria penthouses it is on the balcony; in Ardesia it is beside the bed.
How far are the lifts?
The Piz Sorega lifts are about a 2-minute walk from Planat; the way back is uphill. From there you reach the slopes of Alta Badia, part of the Dolomiti Superski area.
Children and pets?
Children are welcome: the shared garden and playground have room to play. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
Rates and deposit
Rates change day by day: choose your dates to see the exact price of your stay. No security deposit is due.
Can we visit the alpacas?
The alpacas live next to the house; you watch from a distance, without disturbing them.
Is there a restaurant?
Planat has no restaurant. The village has restaurants about a ten-minute walk away.
